Claremont Prep‘s new middle-and-high school on the 19th through 22nd floors of 25 Broadway—the school’s entrance is at 1 Morris—offers gorgeous views in every direction. On the 22nd floor, there’s a ledge all the way around the building; kids can’t walk on it, but they may get to once the school installs fencing. (Neither my middle nor high school had windows at all.)
