I think Unknown 2 is the south side of Duane, east of Greenwich.
Although the writing on the building looks the same in Unknown 2, the building isn’t the right shape. From the brick style of the building on the left I’m wondering whether this might be Greenwich and Hubert near the photo tagged by Hudson denizen.
