Real Estate Sales Report

Courtesy of StreetEasy, these are the properties whose sales were “recorded” by the city in the past seven days (ending 11/10/12)—the sales may have taken place earlier. A few notes: The seller of the 99 Hudson (where Tamarind is) space is the NAACP Legal Defense And Educational Fund; the buyer is unknown. 19 Park Place is where a tall, shiny building is going up. And I’m baffled as to why the soon-to-be-former parking garage at 24 Leonard showed up yesterday when I looked at recent recorded sales on StreetEasy, but now it’s not there.
