  1. Honestly, what is the big deal over a $2 fee?! It costs tremendous amounts of money to run this and this is a very small price to pay. It is also TEMPORARY. Once all the fences come down and security is no longer needed the fee will no longer be necessary and the public will have free access 24/7. There is no need to apologize to anyone.
