Seen & Heard: Gap Cancels Its Plans

••• Gap’s plans for a store for one of its brands at 39 N. Moore have fallen through, which is great news for Cristina Dos Santos—the home decor boutique (above) will be in the space through the summer at least.

••• Whole Foods Tribeca is launching a food cart, called Tribeca’s Moveable Feast, with “a changing menu of food adventures.”
