  1. I’m a resident at 22 River Terrace and spoke to RockRose management last week. They confirmed the sale of the building & said all current leases would be honored. They don’t know what will become of the building once it’s sold (and I assume they don’t particularly care.)

    In a separate conversation, I asked a lease renewal manager about doing an early renewal on my lease (mine expires in November) but didn’t receive a response.

    Any 22 RT residents interested in buying a building??? It’d certainly be cheaper than buying our individual apartments…
