Curbed map••• Curbed has a map of 17 residential buildings under construction south of Chambers: “Office-to-condo conversions and new glassy towers will add more than 2,500 units of housing to the area over the next several years.” Also: Comment #8 adds to the list.

••• From the FiDi Fan Page: “A few weeks back I reported that 84 William was being converted from Dorms for the New School into Residential. Now I have received confirmation from a trusted source. The added news is that it will be a luxury extended stay hotel offering one and two bedroom apartments for minimum stays of two weeks. The new lobby will be where the Lemongrass Restaurant was and the corner retail space will be reserved for a higher end restaurant.”
