for Murray Place Inc., d/b/a The New Yorker – Possible resolution This is for Barleycorn; residents feel like it flew under the radar last time, seeing as how it was only listed under its Park Place address. (Remember, the south side of Murray is under the FiDi Committee’s jurisdiction, even though it’s in Tribeca.)

LLC d/b/a Smith & Mills – Resolution This has been a touchy subject in the past….
7. 396 Broadway, application for hotel restaurant liquor license for Bridgeton 396
Broadway Fee LLC d/b/a TBD – Resolution This is news: 396 Broadway recently changed hands, and the previous owner had residential ambitions. But now it looks like it’s going to be a hotel (although can they be close enough to opening to need a liquor license?!) P.S. If it doesn’t have “Tribeca” in the name—or possibly “Soho”—I’ll be shocked.

  1. Re the July 4 festival–there is usually a street fair on Water Street so maybe that’s it?

  2. Anyone know anything more about 396 Broadway? It doesn’t seem like any construction has started there?
