I have a non-serious Nosy Neighbor question…. In my experience, children and strollers are generally 1:1, so I’ve always found it curious to see strollers parked in the lobby of Tribeca Pediatrics at night. Any idea what’s up? —K.

I had noticed the same thing. Nervous that the answer involved rushing children to the hospital, I stopped by Tribeca Pediatrics. It’s actually pretty obvious: The office lets the residential tenants upstairs park their strollers there.
