  1. How about a revision of parking rules in Seaport area? All five or six parking meters in front of 299 Pearl Street are occupied Monday through Friday by Police Headquarters employees with place cards in their windows. There is no parking for hospital visitors around the corner. Isn’t 13 years long enough to have had the municipal parking garage retuned to the taxpayers? Instead I see only employees of police headquarters being admitted through security, most in their personnel vehicles.
