••• 12/15: Lululemon signs on at Brookfield Place. Along with a watch store and a cigar store/lounge. Plus: Sheldon “Sleazy” Silver; real estate around City Hall Park heats up; the story of the Wall Street Bull (on its 25th anniversary); Arcade Bakery’s holiday treats; Tribeca vs. Downtown Brooklyn.
••• 12/16: Stuyvesant stockbroker made it all up. Plus: How come elected officials are being quiet about North Cove Marina?; rally report; Seaport redevelopment plan is online; South Street Seaport Museum will have space, somewhere.
••• 12/17: Big Broadway clock to be made electric. Plus: The Anish Kapoor sculpture at 56 Leonard will be 20 feet tall; development likely at 1 Beekman; Syms plot on the market; Starbucks assault; Smyth rooms getting refreshed next.

JOSEPHINE HAS CLOSED
It seems to have been pretty abrupt. There are cookies in the display case, an uncleared table, and the outdoor furniture there for the taking.

NEW RESTAURANT OPENING ON GREENWICH STREET
Come spring, you’re going to have another good reason to cross Canal: Chef Ned Houseman, formerly of Prune, is opening a restaurant in the 508 space.
