••• In a Q&A with the New York Times, Toll Brothers president David von Spreckelsen confirmed that its new building on Broadway (where 351, 353, and 353 Broadway now stand) will have its entrance at 91 Leonard (which is what they’re calling the development); that’s currently a brick sliver of a building, as you can see below. Von Spreckelsen said it’ll be 19 stories and around 120 condos.
