The Restaurant at the New Four Seasons Hotel Will Be…

The New York Times reports that the restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New York Downtown at 30 Park Place will bean outpost of Wolfgang Puck’s Cut steakhouse chain. “It has an enormous menu, including more than 10 steak options and more than two dozen sauces, toppings and sides.” It’s Puck’s first restaurant in Manhattan, and the other Cuts are in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Singapore, London, Dubai, and Bahrain Bay. Here’s the menu for the Vegas one; I can’t imagine the New York City menu will differ much.
