Seen & Heard: Huge New Zara Is Finally Unveiled

ZaraZara interior••• The Lower Manhattan Community Church‘s annual Pumpkin Patch party is Saturday (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) at 205 Hudson. Besides free pumpkins, you’ll find games, a photo booth, face painting, and more.

••• Press release from New York Law School about a food drive to benefit the New  York City Rescue Mission: “New York Law School is collecting canned fruits and vegetables, instant potatoes, cranberry sauce and other shelf-stable items such as pasta and rice. These will be used for the Rescue Mission’s daily meal preparation as well as to stock their food pantry, which provides assistance to struggling families. Food donations can be dropped off in the lobby of 185 W. Broadway from October 26 to November 13.”

••• That big neon B at 370 Broadway stands for Beme, the social app founded by filmmaker Casey Neistat; it’s not going to be a public space, though.

  1. I think 370 is actually office space for Beme. Walked by last week and they had their door open and saw a bunch of desks and computers set up.
