••• Added to the agenda for the Community Board 1 Tribeca Committee on October 19: Tetsu, the long-gestating restaurant at 78 Leonard, is going back before CB1 again. The project has taken so long that I think this is the third time.

••• Always nice to see local businesses keeping things fresh: Kings Pharmacy has moved the antacids and toothpaste to where the seasonal items were, and now the first aisle to the left is devoted to greeting cards, candles, and the like. Owner Al Solman is offering TC readers 10% off that aisle through next weekend; just show this to the cashier.
