Seen & Heard: Austrian Bakery Update

••• Congratulations to locally owned soup company Good Stock: It’s opening imminently inside UrbanSpace food hall near Grand Central, joining Roberta’s, Mile End, and others. “We are going to be open seven days a week,” says soup entrepreneur Ben LeBlanc. “We’ll be offering four to five soups and two salads. Customer favorites such as fried chicken and andouille gumbo; short rib chili; and roasted tomato soup are going to be mainstays, with the last one or two soups rotating on a daily basis.”
