Il Mulino Is Opening on Greenwich Street

The Il Mulino chain of Italian restaurants is opening at 361 Greenwich, currently the site of Spanish restaurant Tablao. According to a liquor-license application recently added to the Community Board 1 agenda, the DBA name is Il Mulino New York, which is the corporate name for all of the Il Mulino brands (Il Mulino Prime, Trattoria Il Mulino, et al). But that’s all we know for now; I’m hoping to get more info from Il Mulino or CB1. The CB1 Licensing and Permits Committee meeting is May 10 at the Municipal Building.

[Note: The CB1 application erroneously listed the address as 355 Greenwich, which is where Maison Kayser is. This post has been revised accordingly.]
