The common roof deck of 53 N. Moore is only atop the sixth floor, but it has lovely views of 56 Leonard, the Holland Tunnel off-ramps, Citigroup, and the World Trade Center.

For my money, no Tribeca lobby beats 140 Franklin, where architect Aldo Andreoli commissioned murals from Sol LeWitt when the building was converted in 2000.
