Seen & Heard: The Jason Scott Shop Is Open

••• Tetsu put up a sign, sort of.

••• The Jason Scott store at 102 Franklin, in the old All Good Things space, has soft-opened, with a grand opening planned for men’s fashion week next month. The brand started out as menswear, but now has women’s, too.

••• Manhattan Youth’s annual Holiday Toy Drive benefiting the Single Parent Resource Center is on through December 30. They’re accepting new, unwrapped donations.

••• The TV show “Succession” is shooting the W Broadway/Duane area on Sunday. Shouldn’t there be one day of the week when no shoots are allowed? They can be as disruptive as construction, which requires a variance to happen on weekends.

••• The sales office for the 108 Leonard (346 Broadway) condo conversion looks finally ready to open, in the old Matsugen/66 space. Besides the sign below, the windows now have promotional signage.

••• Fulton Street could be getting another tower: 140 Fulton and 142 Fulton, directly east of the forthcoming Chick-Fil-A, have been put on the market as “a two-parcel development opportunity […] featuring a combined total of 84,165 build-able square feet [….] The site offers the potential to assemble more air rights from surrounding properties.”
