SAILING AT PIER 25
The owners of the Grand Banks also operate the marina at Pier 25, and they now have a branch of their uptown sailing camp — Atlantic Yachting — running out of the marina here. It’s for ages 9-15 and kids sail Monday through Friday from 9 to 3:30. Sessions started June 10.

7-ELEVEN MOVES DOWNTOWN
The former mattress store, 7-Eleven and gift shop at Church just north of Warren is now fully empty and it looks like construction has started for the new CVS to be installed there. Meanwhile, the 7-Eleven moved to 110 Church at Park Place, if you are missing it.

  1. Years ago, the 7/11 space was Rite Aid, so what goes around…

Unfortunately, I don’t see myself filling any prescriptions there, or at any CVS, after the January NY Times article “ How Chaos at Chain Pharmacies Is Putting Patients at Risk”

    I’ll stick with Kings.
