The Battery Park City outpost of Harry’s Italian is like the original down on Gold Street, with the main exception that the focus at the FiDi location is more on family-style (the Goldman Alley outpost can serve family-style to groups). The classic Italian menu is mostly the same at lunch and dinner—prices may differ based on the meal—except the sandwiches are only available at lunch, and round pizzas and calzones are only available at dinner. The room is decorated in Modern American Masculine style, with dark wood, tile floor, black-and-white photos, etc. The windows open up to the outside, where around 25 of the 100 seats are.

  1. Went to Harry’s Italian for lunch yesterday. What a pleasant surprise. The prices are so reasonable and the menu has something for everyone. Definitely the perfect place to take the kids. Pizza was soooooo good! Good selection of pastas, heroes and Italian classics. There is also brunch on Saturdays and Sundays for $16.95 which includes unlimited Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s.
