A 5,000-square-foot megabar, M1-5 has a big bar in the middle of the room, plenty of TVs, and a pool table, and yet it’s not cut from the same Irish-pub cloth as most of the bars in Tribeca. Instead, it has a sort of 80s-nightclub vibe, what with the red walls, curtained booths, funky chandeliers, and the zebra-print banquettes. It’s utterly unpretentious and rather loud. The menu is all food you can eat with your fingers.
