A rep for the Japanese restaurant coming to 20 Warren referred to it as a "high-end omakase sushi bar," but the sample menus indicate kaiseki, possibly as a showcase for beef from Hokkaido.

Despite all of the hints that something beefy is opening at 20 Warren, the floor plans and drawings posted in the window indicate it'll be a sushi restaurant.
