••• Important sandwich update from the West Village: “At his lunchtime pop-up [Cipollini] at the restaurant Piora, the chef Chris Cipollone makes sandwiches that recall those he ate growing up in Peekskill, N.Y., like his father’s barbecued chicken on a roll. […] Through May 19, though it may be extended. Along with the $15 sandwiches, there are unusual potato chips dusted with dehydrated salad dressing, $2.” I asked the chef on Instagram if the menu existed online, and he said it’s on the website, but I don’t see it. UPDATE: They added the menu. —New York Times

  1. 77 Fulton is a tough, if not cursed location, as a lover of pizza, wishing them all the best!

    Any idea of the pop up restaurant thats happening in the parking lot between Pearl and Cliff?
