  1. What is the liquor license for 310 Greenwich? Are they planning to replace the old grocery store with a club?

    • It seems a business that holds parties would like to move into that space. Wednesday night a lot of community residents are going to go to the Community Board meeting to the licensing committee where they are discussing the liquor license for this entity.
We need a supermarket – not a club. However, Vornado is calling the shots. We hope that with enough community response, we will once again have a full supermarket in that location. Aside from Whole Foods, which only has specific products, many neighbors have reported needing products that are only available in a more inclusive supermarket. The business is named Cocoon.

  2. Do you have any additional information on 310 Greenwich and what’s going in there?
