It’s time for the third-annual reader poll about the best new restaurants, shops, and services in Tribeca, along with the year’s biggest bummers. Responses are completely anonymous. There are  no demographic questions this time, but there is a chance to provide feedback about Tribeca Citizen. Voting closes at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27.
