••• A loft at 46 White (left) on the market for $3.7 million is currently the set for Sheila’s apartment on Rescue Me. (Curbed)
••• “Catherine Malfitano and her husband, Stephen, sold the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo Unit #4D at 79 Laight St. in Tribeca to Amber Roberts for $2.6 million on Jan. 21. The condo is in the The Sugar Warehouse which includes 33 units on ten floors. Ms. Malfitano is an operatic soprano and a music theater performer. She is also an actor, director and teacher, who serves as a voice faculty at Manhattan School of Music. Mr. Holowid is an actor, singer and musician and works as an opera administrator for the New York City Opera.” (Blockshopper)

IN THE NEWS
••• There’s an interesting profile of Kate and Andy Spade in this week’s New York magazine; the lede is about Andy’s involvement in the J. Crew Liquor Store. I want to dislike them because I’m jealous of their success but I just can’t. But I’m working on it.

••• Jody Sperlin and Time Lapse Dance are at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center this weekend (right). I don’t want this to sound backhanded, but it sounds like the kind of dance—there’s even an aerialist—that kids would adore. I posted a bunch of stills here.
••• The next installment of the Tribeca Cinemas Kids Club is Saturday. On tap: Abby in Wonderland (a Sesame Street take on Alice in Wonderland) and Annie.
••• Added to 92YTribeca‘s February schedule: a concert by Game Rebellion, “an all Black all outta Brooklyn band whose metal, punk and rudeboy skanking licks sound as credible and crunchy as their hip-hop lyrics with a B-boy MC who can actually spit” (Friday, Feb. 19); and Comedy Below Canal with Liam McEneaney, Baratunde Thurston, Lizz Winstead, and Todd Barry.
