Seen & Heard: Guitar Jam

••• In conjunction with tomorrow’s Tribeca Film Festival Family Festival—which is quite the hootenany, and you can read the full rundown here (and also, many local businesses will have booths, so it’s not just all fun for the kids)—the Church Street School for Music and Art is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a block party on Warren between West Broadway and Greenwich. There will be art activities from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and at 3 p.m. Mike D of the Beastie Boys leads a massive guitar jam—bring your own and join in—with Mr. Party-Till-You-Bleed (and Santos Party House owner) Andrew W.K.; at 4 p.m., the Sugartone Brass Band plays.
