••• “The owner of the infamous Tribeca ‘sex cave’ (right) is suing a former neighbor for allowing the party pad to be flooded with sewage—and for smearing dog feces on the door. Real estate investor and pizza parlor owner James McGown accuses Arthur Steuer of waging a dirty harassment campaign that’s kept him from finding a suitable buyer for his condo at 109 Reade St.” (New York Daily News) It made Gawker, too.
