••• “A nonprofit litigation organization is moving into the future home of Gap Inc.’s headquarters in Tribeca. The Innocence Project signed a 10-year lease for 20,300 square feet at 40 Worth St. The tenant will move into part of the seventh floor of the 16-story, 703,000-square-foot building, between Church Street and West Broadway. […] Founded in 1992 and affiliated with Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law, The Innocence Project is a 501(c)(3) company dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted individuals through DNA testing. 40 Worth St.’s tenant roster includes Public Health Solutions, New York Law School and The Legal Aid Society. The building has signed almost 400,000 square feet of leases in the last 12 months, including the 265,000-square-foot lease to Gap.” (Crain’s)

Edun: “Edun is partnering with Scoop in their Meatpacking District ‘swing’ store, creating an Edun Pop Up Shop for the night.
