••• Artist Tara Fracalossi began installing her new exhibit, “A Space of Time So Small,”  today at Pelavin Gallery. ••• On Sunday, at the Battery Park City Block Party, BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center will offer free tango lessons (for all ages) in honor of its upcoming tango show by Ballet Concierto.
