••• On Oct. 6, Tribeca Project Space will host a reception for the opening of “The Six,” a new exhibit of works by Philadelphia artists. (Tribeca Project Space is the normally-by-appointment-only gallery inside the lobby of the Artisan Lofts building on Reade.) The two paintings at right are from the show.

••• Thanks to Mommy Poppins for passing this along: “Equinox and Citibabes have partnered to form a fun and engaging environment for children. Now members of Equinox can make time for themselves while their children experience enriching play in a safe place. Citibabes has designed curriculum specific to the Citibabes @ Equinox Kids Club that will offer a range of educational and interactive programs for children ages 3 months to 9 years. Citibabes @ Equinox launches on October 4 at Equinox’s Tribeca location.”

••• InBundles deal: $15 for $30 credit at Papatzul on Grand.

••• From Tribeca Health & Fitness: “Tribeca Health & Fitness has teamed up with […] NYLean25, 25-minute, three times per week, six-week program that gets you lean in less than half the time of a regular workout. Designed by fitness writer, trainer and NY Daily News fitness consultant, Robert Brace, this intense, fat burning, body sculpting, interval training workout is based on clinically proven exercise principles and Olympic training protocol. NY Lean25 comes with an eating plan that you can stay on for the three days that you take the class and now includes a new fat burning detox program. This express (but vigorous) workout is available Mondays at 7 p.m., Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m., and Fridays at 7 p.m. Packages start at $225 for a six-week program.”

••• Curious to see a PDF of NYPD 1st Precinct crime stats for the week of 9/13–19? Found it on the precinct’s site. Related: I’ve now tried to call the NYPD’s 1st precinct five times—trying the operator and community relations department each time—and no one ever answers. So much for the “professionalism” part of the CPR motto.

••• Grandaisy‘s potato pizza (so good) is half off today.

••• Tribeca Treats tweeted that anyone who could guess the cookie of the month for October—the clue was that it was a combo of their most popular cookie-of-the-month and their favorite fall flavor—would get one free. You’re looking at the winner. It’s a pumpkin whoopie pie with marshmallow filling, and it’ll be available after tomorrow. This website is really beginning to pay off.
