••• I’m pretty sure I mentioned this already, but the photo makes all the difference: The adorable works of toy designer Renate Müller will be on view at R 20th Century through Jan. 4: “Renate Müller will be in attendance at the opening on Tuesday, October 12, and at a special Family Day on Saturday, October 16. In conjunction with the exhibition, R 20th Century will release a book on Müller’s work in late 2010 with publishing partner Whitehaus Media. […] After a long career with many successes, Müller has decided that this exhibition will mark the beginning of her retirement from toy design.”
