Seen & Heard: Sarabeth’s Delayed

••• A Tribecan emailed Sarabeth’s asking when its Tribeca location would open, and managing partner Stewart Rosen cc-ed me on the response. (Their transparency is turning me on.) Here’s what he said: “We’ve had difficult planning issues and everything we do has to go before Landmarks. We just passed our fire suppression test and are now able to apply for our gas meter. Our liquor and café licenses should arrive shortly. Our best guess is that we will be open late June/early July. We are thrilled to know that local residents are anticipating our opening and are looking forward to being a member of your community.”

••• Dylan Prime‘s Summertime Clambake returns May 27: “Two 1 1/2 lb lobsters, steamers, clams, mussels, potatoes and corn on the cob, all for $39.95. It will be offered Friday and Saturday nights and all day Sunday, including during brunch. Like last year it ends on Labor Day.”

••• B Flat is celebrating its fourth anniversary with free sparkling wine on Sunday. I think it’s Sunday. The Facebook event page says “Sunday, May 15 at 12:00am – May 16 at 12:00am.”

••• Here’s Cachaçaria Boteco‘s new food menu. Click the image to enlarge it.

••• MaxDelivery is now offering meat from O Ottomanelli & Sons: “Save 25% off all the Ottomanelli Meat until May 24th.”
