Seen & Heard: Mini Mall

••• I noticed these signs on the door of 20 Warren yesterday. I left a message for the broker, and she left me one back saying it’s a “beautiful space” one flight down. I left her another message, asking how big the overall space and how it’s divided—and then we finally spoke. She said that the owner has recently built wood-frame “compartments” (I asked if they might be called stalls, and she said yes). She said she’d send over a photo, which I’ll add when/if it comes in.
