TCQ&A: “THE ONLY TIME I HAVEN’T LIVED HERE WAS DURING COLLEGE”
Perrie Samotin (right), the style editor at amNewYork, shows us around her Tribeca—including where she scores fashion finds and the restaurant she wishes would reopen.

VALENTINE NO. 1
I feel like I’ve been especially curmudgeonly in recent weeks, sticking pins in everything I come across. So I figured I’d start a series pointing out the wonderful stuff. (Doing my part to raise real-estate values!) It’ll focus more on the small and idiosyncratic—no Duane Park, no Staple Street—and the items will come in no particular order.

NOSY NEIGHBOR UPDATE: BLUES BAR
Dan Aykroyd (presumably) sets the record straight about the location of the bar that he and John Belushi opened back in the day.

IT’S THIS OR A TATTOO
Introducing something fun and new: customizable Tribeca Citizen T-shirts! I’ve suggested a few possibilities, but of course the point is that they can say whatever you want.
