Update: We have a winner! Congratulations to Sylvie Bilger—quite a week for her here on Tribeca Citizen!—for correctly IDing it as being on the Verizon Building at 140 West. This jaguar is located up on a column near the Vesey Street bridge. Let’s play again Friday at 8 a.m….
