Location: Community Board #1 – Office, 49-51 Chambers Street, Room 709
1)  43 Murray Street, application for a tavern liquor license for Woodrows Management LLC, d/b/a pending – Resolution That’s Biddy Early’s. It must be changing hands and/or being turned into something new.
2)  109 West Broadway, application for enclosed sidewalk café for Super Linda Restaurant – Reconsideration of resolution I didn’t go last month, but I gather there was some aspect to the decision that Super Linda didn’t like. (By the way, has anyone else noticed how the awning says “Take Out” or something like that? I wonder if the restaurant will be more casual than expected.
3)  65 West Broadway, application for renewal of sidewalk café license for 65 West Broadway Restaurant LLC d/b/a Jean – Resolution This is the old Bangal Curry space that Dr. Michel Cohen of Tribeca Pediatrics is turning into a restaurant serving “high-quality lunch food both for take-out and sit-in,” and “at night the place will turn into a cafe/wine bar.” It looks like it’ll be called Jean; not sure why this is a renewal of sidewalk café license, because there wsn’t sidewalk seating before, if I remember correctly. My hunch is that it’s a mislabeled liquor-license application.

• 99 Hudson Street, application for renewal of restaurant liquor license for Sukhmani Inc., d/b/a Tamarind Tribeca
