10) 10 Hudson Square, application for restaurant wine and beer license for TenWestside Corp. – Resolution 10 Hudson Square is on the north side of Canal. Why is this on CB1’s agenda?
11) 130 West Broadway, application for restaurant liquor license for WB Duane Japanese Partners, Inc. d/b/a TBD – Resolution Wait, what?! Google shows 130 as being the southwest corner of Duane and W. Broadway, which is where I had heard a Citibank was going. But Google appears to be wrong, because elsewhere that’s 120 W. Broadway, and the northwest corner is 130. Is Bouley opening another Japanese restaurant? If so, why did they tell me yesterday they were focusing on catering in that space? Or maybe it’s someone else? UPDATE 1/6: Just got the word that Bouley won’t be involved.
