January 30, 2012 Community News, Restaurant/Bar News

2) 412 Greenwich Street, application for text amendment to Zoning Resolution section 111-20 (d)(6) to extend the grandfathering provisions in the Tribeca Mixed Use Special District another 4 years to allow construction of a previously approved new building – Resolution This is one of those things that predates my Tribeca obsession; I had no idea this (wonderful) garage—pictured at the top of this post—was on the verge of being developed, although it’s hardly surprising. This application for an extension could mean that development is imminent or simply that someone is doing the paperwork just in case.

7) 211 West Broadway, application for wine and beer license for Keri Jackson or Entity to be Formed d/b/a Maslow 6 Wine Bar – Resolution I had heard that Vinovino was looking to get out, and this is certainly logical: Maslow 6, the wine store tucked alongside Vino Vino, appears to be taking over the space.
