These are the properties whose sales were “recorded” by the city in the past seven days—the sales may have taken place earlier. A few notes: 157 Hudson is better known as either 60 Collister or the American Express Carriage House, and several of the transactions there this time were for parking spaces; Diana Kellogg Architects—currently on the fifth floor of 19 Hudson—has purchased the commercial space at 69 Hudson, at the northwest corner of Jay.
