These are the properties whose sales were “recorded” by the city in the past seven days—the sales may have taken place earlier. A few notes: This appears to be the Debra Zinke who spent $8.4 million at 408 Greenwich, and she bought it from the folks who spent $17 million on the penthouse at 471 Washington.
