Hamptons favorite Tutto Il Giorno is opening in the old Theater Bar space on Franklin in September. “‘We will try to transport our Hamptons feel to New York,’ says chef and partner Maurizio Marfoglia, who is about to hop on the next plane to Naples in order to track down a chef to man the stove. ‘But the food will definitely be modern Neopolitan.’ [sic]” One more Hamptons import and we’ll have a trend. —Grub Street
