••• From the LMCCC: “A new 29-story Hilton Hotel will soon be under construction at 6 Water Street. Contractor Cava Construction is erecting the new hotel, which is located at the corner of Moore Street, near the Battery. The building will bring 249 new hotel keys to the eastern Financial District when it opens in early 2015.” Wait, we already knew this (although not that it would be a Hilton).
