••• Thanks to @EattheWorldNYC for pointing out that Mangez Avec Moi‘s chef, Jeannie Ongkeo, is from Laos and she “will cook you a Lao feast with some advance notice.” I called Mangez Avec Moi to confirm it, and they said that they just started offering the Lao feast option a few months ago and that four people minimum is a good idea because the food is meant to be shared. (Anyone ever done it?) Also, did you know that Mangez has been around for 27 years?
