••• Downtown Express recaps the closing of Josephine by the Department of Health, and adds this: “Contrary to some reporting on this issue, a Health Dept. spokesperson said that the shutdown was not prompted by any outside complaints, and occurred as the result of a regularly scheduled inspection.” Possible, although it was rather serendipitously timed to a resident’s complaints to Community Board 1 (which I heard all about in a group email).
