••• Opening June 5 at Folioleaf in Dumbo: an exhibit by Tribeca’s own Robert Janz. That’s one of the new works, above; at right, a recent shot of him in action.
••• From Friends of Bogardus Garden: “We have another public design workshop coming up on May 27 at 6:30 p.m. at Manhattan Youth’s Downtown Community Center. The landscape architect, Signe Nielsen, will be showing images based on comments from the last workshop and and then asking for feedback from the community.”
••• La Garçonne has fixtures now. So maybe it’s opening soon?
••• Great news for those of you who work at the Hustler Club! “New York Water Taxi will debut a new route between Pier 84 at W. 44th St. and Brookfield Place. NYWT’s Westside Ferry will make the 15-minute trip every morning and afternoon [….] The service will debut with a free week of rides, coffee and donuts on Monday, May 19.” It’s $8 round-trip, “with volume discounts to come.”
