••• In a New York Times interview, Erez Itzhaki of Itzhaki Acquisitions had this to say about 391 Broadway: “We are converting it to floor-through condos: four units, with a penthouse. It’s going to be completed in about four months. There will be retail at the bottom.” Guess that fire in April wasn’t a big deal.
