No, but that’s a very logical guess!
The triangle (garden) where West Broadway and Varrick merge btw Franklin and Leonard
Afraid not. (It’s conceivable there’s an outlet there but it’s not where I took this pic)
Looks like some sort of Ponte’s scheme to me.
