••• Revenge got served hot and sweet. (The photo is by @arash777, who notes that “the women in the crosswalk in Tribeca are all applauding.”) P.S. The other side said “LIAR.”
••• Lots of work going on in the Harrison (restaurant) space. Anyone know what’s up? Hit me! tribecacitizen@gmail.com or 917-209-6473. I’ll buy you a donut.
••• This Tuesday (March 3) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Steven Harris Architects: “Convergences,” a show of sculpture by Jorge Palacios. Loved browsing his website. Not sure if the one below is in the show—where there’ll be cocktails and nibblybits, FYI—but it was my favorite.
••• I saw workers at 280 Broadway today! Yes, this is news!
••• City Winery added a third night of Joan Armatrading.
••• Tribeca Issey Miyake has a pretty window exhibit (that I believe continues inside). It’s by Mademoiselle Maurice to launch “the signature new spring fragrance City Blossom.”
••• There’s going to be a Shelter Chic pop-up at 79 Chambers this weekend. Not sure what a Dogy Kissing Booth entails, but I hope it’s a pit bull. They’re the best breed (after pugs, obviously).
••• From GrowNYC: “The Tribeca Greenmarket will open Wednesdays for the season beginning March 4. The Wednesday market also accepts food scraps for composting and textiles for recycling. The Wednesday Tribeca market will run through December 23 and the Saturday market runs year-round.”
Wonder if those women would be cheering if the SUV turned out to belong to a cheating woman not man.
its a white colored vehicle; therefore I deduce it must be a woman’s car.
besides, those smashed windows take a serious forearm.
I admit I don’t know much about dogs, but I suspect a doggy kissing booth would probably somehow involve doggy butts.
